The Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) is a six-hour, 200-question multiple-choice exam that tests a student’s knowledge of general legal principles. It is administered by the National Conference of Bar Examiners and is accepted by almost all U.S. jurisdictions.

On the MBE, you will be expected to answer 100 multiple-choice questions in the morning and 100 multiple-choice questions in the afternoon from the areas of Federal Civil Procedure, Federal Constitutional Law, Contracts & Sales, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts.
